OPERATING SYSTEM

Depending on the study of the characteristics, of the home, the following measurements are recommended: 

1  Microbiological contaminants

           A) Total aerobes
           B) Moulds and yeasts

2  Sampling method, of all the sampling methods that exist, we recommend the spirometric method on a plate culture medium, using the following media:

           A) P.C.A. medium for total aerobes
           B) Sabouraud Agar + Chloramphenicol medium for the count of moulds and yeasts
